 PMMA: acrylic grain processing is generally injection molding or compression molding can be extrusion, molding temperature is about 170 ~ 240 ℃, its special attention to the following: 

 (1) ultra-high moisture absorption: preliminary drying before molding processing is required, preparatory drying temperature should be lower than the softening point resin particles 10 ~ 15 ℃, drying time of 4 ~ 6hrs before processing, water injection <0.05%, extrusion <0.02% . 

 (2) forming careful not to excessively high temperatures, due to PMMA particles having a ceiling temperature (ceiling temperature), will produce more than coincidence reaction solution, forming products will be burned in the bubble phenomenon. 

 (3) their mixture of: high-temperature materials (CM-205) can not be mixed with the low-temperature materials (CM-207 & CM-211). Secondary processing are not due to a smooth surface plating, but it can vacuum vapor coating (gold foil) and printing, the product can be chlorinated methane welding, ultrasonic welding can also be used. 

 Preheat the drying temperature is between 75 ~ 80 ℃; 
 Mold temperature is 40 ~ 60 ℃, injection cylinder temperature is between 190 ~ 230 ℃, injection pressure is 800 ~ 1400psi / 60 ~ 80kg/cm2.
